Texas Creek: is a fun place to go, there is alot of trails there, yes you need your OHV stickers the rangers will often check them. In the "parking area" which my kids call "the play ground" it is a training area for all the trails that are out there so that you can get a small taste of what you will encounter out there. There is also a bathroom located there in the parking area along with a small box that has maps of the area that will show you the trails.  This is a fun place to go spend the weekend camping, or several days camping, there is a small family owned Restaurant just across the river "The Barry's Den" they are generally only open until 3pm, Cotopaxi, CO is 7 miles west they have a general store where you can get gas if you run out.  This is just an all around fun place. With alot to do, ATV, Dirt Bikes, Some take their Jeeps, Camping, Fishing, Hiking. My family and I have been going here for the last several years.
